1) What Christmas program/movie have you seen more times than any other?
Now,
it would have to be a toss up between Borrowed Hearts and A Season for
Miracles. I just love the sappy romances at Christmastime. But, if we
are going from since I was a kid, I don't think there has been a
Christmas that I haven't watched The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
2) What is your favorite musical Christmas TV special, variety performance, or holiday song in a movie?
They would all be from White Christmas, from the end of the movie number, to the Snow and the Sisters songs, oh, and every one in between. I sing right along, and I find myself singing them on my own later.

The original story with George C. Scott as Scrooge. Does that count? It is the last thing I watch every Christmas Eve.

I
would have answered that I can't think of one, up until recent years when
TV stations like Lifetime started making Christmas movies. I've seen as
many bad as I have good these past years. Of course, I still make it a
mission to watch as many as humanly possible.

There
needs to be more of a mix of what is offered each year. No repeating
the specials and movies you think are best, you need to go through the
years and get a nice selection of many. It seems the same thing it
played over and over while others just disappear.
More great answers! The Grinch is a classic! And yes, not all the Lifetime/Hallmark movies are winners, but at least they are producing Christmas stuff, and some of it is comforting and fun.

I, too, agree, along with you & Joanna, with your least favorite... That is so true... Christmas movies used to seem unique and precious and now there are so many bad ones made each year. Excellent answer!
