Christmas in July 2012

Merry Christmas in July!  There are many things going on here at the blog during the month of July:

--All month I'll be featuring discussions about science fiction-themed Christmas entertainments.  We'll have guest bloggers as well as posts written by me.  I'm calling it SCI-FI Christmas in July because I like how it rhymes.  This will be a lot of fun!

--My publisher 1701 Press has made my first book The Christmas TV Companion (2009) available as an e-book.  Starting July 2nd, you can purchase the book in digital form from Amazon.com, Barnes&Noble.com, and OmniLit.com.

--I will also be giving away some fun DVDs throughout the month.  Who doesn't love free stuff?

Did you know I provide daily updates on holiday programming currently airing on television?  You can receive these updates if you follow me on Twitter (@TistheSeasonTV) and on Facebook page: Tis the Season TV.  I also host a Facebook page which is a link from this blog: Christmas TV History, and another Facebook page for fans of my first book The Christmas TV Companion.  So much opportunity for holiday TV discussions, all the time.  Please consider following all of them as there are different things happening between each of them.

So crank up the air conditioning and enjoy the season--Merry Christmas in July!!
